CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Guests Policy For nail appointments: Children 5 years and older are allowed but must remain seated and supervised at all times. For Lash appointments: For safety, precision, and hygiene standards, no guests or children are permitted. Clients must arrive alone. Please note: I do not perform foreign fills. A removal and new full set will be required. If this policy is not followed, the appointment may be canceled and a fee may apply. A $40 (nails) $50 (lashes)deposit is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Less than 48 hours notice: deposit will be forfeited • No-shows: 50% of the service will be charged Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and a fee may apply. Reschedules Rescheduling more than once may result in a non-transferable deposit. ⸻ Booking Policy Please make sure to select the correct service when booking. If the wrong service is booked, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to time limitations. ⸻ Payments Cash is not accepted. Accepted payment methods will be provided at checkout. Tipping is not included in service prices. ⸻ NAIL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY To ensure the safety and well-being of all clients, I do not provide nail services on nails that show signs of fungal infection, allergic reactions, or any unhealthy nail conditions. If you have concerns such as nail fungus or sensitivity/allergy to gel products, I kindly recommend seeking proper treatment before booking an appointment.
